Formed in 1979 by the late Bill Simm, Hiltfields’ roots are steeped in garlic & ginger. It was Bill’s passion and interest in new technologies and products that made him not only see the gap in the market for IQF herbs, but to become one of the first UK manufacturers to grow and produce them himself through a sister company.

This enthusiasm and drive is instilled in Hiltfields today.
