Packaging

All of Hiltfields products are available in a range of packaging formats.
Below are the main ones used, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like a different and more specific packaging option.

Sachets

We produce clear film, food grade sachets. Available in 10g-300g we have 2 width options, 70mm & 140mm. All our sachet products are ready to eat and produced in a high risk area, making them perfect to finish off any dish whilst also being convenient for both the factory and consumer.

Dip Pots

Our dip pots are 71mm in diameter, a clear plastic pot sealed with a clear film lid. Available in 40g-70g in weight. All our dip pot products are ready to eat and produced in a high risk area, perfect to finish off any dish and add value whilst also being convenient for both the factory and consumer.

Food Grade Clip Bags

Our most popular bulk packing option is a blue food grade, metal clipped bag holding between 1 and 5kg of product. This is then packed into a box for easy storage, a great option capable of being a custom weight to suit your needs per mix. All products produced and packed in this way are done so in a high risk environment.

Pails

Available in a range of sizes including 5kg, 10kg & 20kg all products are available in a blue food grade lined pail. Ideal if you are using a specific amount per mix, as well as being free from metal.
Low and high risk products are available in this packaging format.

Bag in Box

We over a unique custom packaging in which we are able to pack any amount between 1 & 15kg into blue food grade bags which are then placed in a box for easy storage in chillers and freezers.
