Made using a blend of stock & butter with a medley of vegetables to give a rich fresh flavour, we are able to offer a bespoke formed stock based pellet.

Added to a casserole to increase flavour or used alone they can absorb the natural juices and create a beautiful sauce or Jus to accompany meat, fish or vegetables. Practically good when used with Sous Vide products.
